摘要
沥青材料的黏弹特性是其诸多力学行为的本质决定因素,同时温度、荷载水平以及老化等外在因素也对沥青的力学行为有着显著影响。本研究以黏弹性材料的内部特征时间概念为基本理论基础,系统探讨了沥青胶结料自身的时间依赖特性和外在环境、荷载条件等因素之间的等效换算关系。基于时间-温度等效原理和时间-老化时间等效原理分别得到了沥青的动态剪切模量温度主曲线和老化时间主曲线,基于时间-温度-应力等效原理得到了沥青的高温蠕变柔量主曲线,从而很好地验证了内部特征时间是沥青胶结料最本质的力学性能指标,可用于沥青长期力学性能的评价和预测。
The viscoelastic characteristic is the dominant factor of mechanical behaviors of asphalt materials.The external conditions in terms of temperature, load level and aging history also greatly impact the mechanical behaviors of asphalt materials. Based on the internal characteristic time concept and theory of viscoelastic materials,the equivalency of the internal time-dependency with external environmental and loading conditions of the asphalt binder is systematically investigated. Applying the time-temperature equivalence principle and time-aging time equivalence principle,both the temperature master curve and aging-time master curve of dynamic shear modulus are developed respectively. Further,the creep compliance master curve at high temperature is generated based on the time-temperature-stress equivalence principle. The result indicates that the internal characteristic time is the intrinsic mechanical factor of asphalt binder,which is able to be applied in evaluation and prediction for long-term mechanical performance.
