沥青砂浆的动态模量及其主曲线研究 被引量:18

摘要 为了研究不同沥青用量、温度条件下沥青砂浆动态模量的变化,并为了获得更宽频率域和温度域的动态模量,采用静压方法成型AC-13沥青混合料去除粗集料级配的沥青砂浆试件,进行简单性能试验,测定沥青砂浆不同沥青用量和不同温度的动态模量,并利用时温等效原理计算沥青砂浆动态模量主曲线方程。结果表明:相同沥青用量和温度下,沥青砂浆的动态模量随加载频率的增大而增大,随着沥青用量的增加,沥青砂浆的动态模量减小,相同频率、不同油石比的动态模量最小相差1.28%,最大相差23.90%;随着温度的升高,沥青砂浆的动态模量减小,5,10℃时动态模量的差异较小,20℃时动态模量下降较多;从沥青砂浆动态模量主曲线可获得更宽频率域和温度域的动态模量值。 In order to study the changes of dynamic modulus of asphalt mortar with different asphalt contents at different temperatures,and to obtain the dynamic moduli with wider frequency ranges and temperature ranges,the asphalt mortar specimens of AC- 13 asphalt mixture which removed coarse aggregates are prepared by a static pressing method. The dynamic moduli of asphalt mortar with different asphalt contents at different temperatures are measured by simple performance test,and the master curve equation of dynamic modulus of asphalt mortar is calculated by the time-temperature equivalence principle. The result shows that( 1) under the condition of the same asphalt content and temperature,the dynamic modulus of asphalt mortar increases with the increase of loading frequency,the dynamic modulus of asphalt mortar decreases with the increase of asphalt content,the minimum difference of dynamic moduli with different asphalt-aggregate ratios under the same frequency is 1. 28%,and the maximum difference is 23. 90%;( 2) the dynamic modulus of asphalt mortar decreases as the temperature rises,and the difference of dynamic moduli is smaller at 5 ℃ and 10 ℃,but the dynamic modulus declines greatly at 20 ℃;( 3) the dynamic moduli with wider frequency and temperature ranges can be obtained from the master curve of dynamic modulus of asphalt mortar.
