摘要 目的:测定常用饮片中重金属含量。方法:用10 mL HNO_3-2 mL H_2O_2-0.5 mL HF混合酸微波消解,电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法测定常用中药饮片中砷、铅、铬、镉、铜、镍6种重金属元素含量。结果:不同药材中重金属含量有较大差异,不同产地的同一种中药材中重金属含量有明显差别,中药饮片沸水浸泡1 h后药材中重金属有不同程度的溶出。方法加标回收率为92.23%~105.31%,RSD为0.99%~6.61%(n=6)。结论:该方法具有良好的精密度和准确度,可作为中药饮片重金属含量检测的方法。 Objective: To detect the heavy metals content in Chinese herbal medicines. Methods: Determinations of As,Pb,Cr,Cd,Cu and Ni in Chinese herbal medicine were determinated by Inductively Coupled Plasma Atomic Emission Spectrometry( ICP-AES) with microwave digestion of 10 m L HNO_3-2 mL H_2O_2-0.5 mL HF. Results: Heavy metals determinations in different Chinese herbal medicines had big difference while the determinations in the same kind of herbal medicines of different growing areas had obvious difference,and heavy metals were dissolved out in different degrees as Chinese herbal medicines were soaked in boil water for one hour. The recoveries rate of the method were 92. 23% ~105. 31%,relative standard deviations were 0. 99% ~ 6. 61%( n = 6). Conclusion: The method with good precision and accuracy can be used for determination of heavy metals in Chinese herbal medicines.
