气管套管清洗消毒流程再造的效果评价

Evaluation of the Process Reengineering in Cleaning and Disinfection of Tracheal Tube

目的:提高气管套管清洗消毒质量,有效控制医院感染,杜绝气管套管堵塞事件的发生。方法:按回收单双日分为实验组和对照组,每组气管套管60个,两组共同流程是:将回收的气管套管使用高压水枪冲洗,放入酶液中浸泡刷洗,再放入酶液超声波清洗机内清洗后使用高压水枪冲洗,流水下刷洗。对照组在完成以上程序后进行手工漂洗、终末漂洗、煮沸消毒、气枪干燥、干燥柜干燥、检查包装灭菌。实验组在完成上述共同流程后,使用气管套管清洗消毒架进行装载,推入清洗消毒机舱,完成清洗消毒流程后进行检查包装灭菌。清洗质量的监测方法:采用包装时目测法、灭菌后目测法,ATP监测法。结果:实验组气管套管清洗合格数与对照组比较,有显著差异(均P<0.005)。结论:实验组经过流程再造,有效提高了清洗消毒效果。

Objective： To improve the quality of cleaning and disinfection of the tracheal tube to effectively control the infection in hospital and prevent the occurrence of an event of the tracheal tube blockage. Methods： According to the recycled tracheal tube on the odd and even day,trachea cannula was divided into the experimental group and control group,60 in each group. The common process of the two groups was The recycled tracheal tubes were washed with high-pressure water,then soaked and scrubed in the enzyme solution. After cleaned in the ultrasonic cleaning machine which was added the enzyme liquid,the tracheal tubes were washed with high-pressure water and scrubed under running water. After completion of the above program,the control group was manually rinsed,final rinsed,boiled disinfection,air gun dryed,dryed in the drying cabinet,and checked and packed sterilizedly. After completion of the above common program,the experimental group was loaded into the cleaning and disinfection rack of the tracheal tube,then was pushed into the cleaning and disinfection room and packed in sterilization. Packaging visual method,visual method after sterilization and ATP monitoring method were served as Cleaning quality monitoring methods. Results： Compared with control group,the cleaning qualified number of the tracheal tube in the experimental group had a significant difference（ P﹤0. 005）. Conclusion： The experimental group after process reengineering can effectively improve the cleaning and disinfection effect.
