摘要 目的:研究深度水解蛋白配方奶粉治疗完全母乳喂养婴儿过敏的临床疗效。方法:回顾性分析儿科门诊2013年12月至2014年12月确诊的22例完全母乳喂养过敏的患儿,在母亲禁食易引起过敏食物后婴儿过敏症状无改善,母乳过敏患儿在基础治疗上,替代性使用深度水解蛋白配方奶粉喂养7 d^14 d后,观察其临床症状改善情况及治疗有效率的变化。结果:22例完全母乳过敏患儿临床症状表现为消化道症状16例,症状为呕吐、腹胀、腹泻、便血等;皮肤湿疹6例。替代性使用深度水解蛋白配方奶粉喂养7 d^21 d后,症状明显改善或消失,有效率达100%,患儿症状无反复。结论:深度水解蛋白配方奶粉在临床治疗婴儿母乳过敏有效,可预防复发,值得临床推广使用。 Objective: To study the clinical efficacy of deeply hydrolyzed milk protein formula in the treatment of breast milk allergy in infants.Methods: 22 cases of breast milk allergy which were confirmed form December 2013 to December 2014 were retrospectively analyzed. The allergic symptoms in infants were not improved after the mothers stopped using food that easily causes allergy. After basic treatment,the infants were fed on deeply hydrolyzed milk protein formula for 7 ~ 21 d,with the improvement in their clinical symptoms and the clinical efficacy observed. Results:The symptoms of 22 cases of breast milk were: gastrointestinal symptoms characterized by vomiting,abdominal distention,diarrhea and hematochezia in 16 cases and skin eczema in 6 cases. After alternative use of deeply hydrolyzed milk protein formula for 7 ~ 21 d,these symptoms were greatly improved or disappeared,the effective rate being 100 % and there was no recurrence. Conclusion: Deeply hydrolyzed milk protein formula is effective in the treatment of breast milk allergy in infants and can prevent recurrence,which is worth clinical promotion.
