数字切片在病理学实验教学中的应用

Application of digital slide in pathology experiment teaching

病理学是重要的医学基础课,课程要求学习者要通过大量的人类病理组织切片观察,学习病变组织的细微结构特征和变化,为将来临床课程的学习,更好地服务于患者打下坚实的基础。但尸体剖验受传统观念等客观因素的影响数量减少,制作切片的标本的稀缺,加上切片破损,陈旧等问题,影响了病理学的教学质量。切片数字化的出现和日渐成熟,给医学形态学的教学也带来了新的契机。

Pathology is a basic medical course,which requires learners to go through a lot of observations of human pathological tissue slice,and learn all the nuances of structure characteristics and change of diseased tissues. The emergence and maturity of digital slides combat the decrease in the number of obduction and scarcity of biopsy specimens,and hence bring new opportunities for the teaching of medical morphology.
