摘要
高岭土具有固有的酸性pH、化学性质稳定、电性能好、价格低等特点,是阴极电泳涂料的理想填料。考察了高岭土的结晶水、煅烧方式、白度、pH、粒度、325目筛余物、吸油量、电导率和用量对阴极电泳涂料颜料浆生产性和贮存稳定性,以及涂膜性能的影响。试验结果表明:粒度高、325目筛余物含量低、电导率低、隔焰窑煅烧生产的高品质高岭土才能满足无铅阴极电泳涂料的要求。
The kaolin possesses intrinsic acidic pH value,stable chemical properties,good electrical performance and low price,etc.It is the optimal filler for cathodic electrophoretic coatings.The effects of crystal water,calcination process,whiteness,p H value,grain size,325 mesh residue,oil absorption,conductivity and amount of kaolin on the productivity and storage stability of cathodic electrophoretic pigment paste,and the film properties were tested.The results showed that high quality kaolin with high grain size,low content of 325 mesh residue,low conductivity and production from muffle kiln calcination process could meet demands of lead free cathodic electrophoretic coatings.
