羟基丙烯酸乳液的制备及应用技术研究进展

The Research Progress of Preparation and Application Technology of Hydroxyl Acrylic Emulsion

介绍了微乳液聚合、核壳乳液聚合、无皂乳液聚合等新型乳液聚合技术,以及有机硅、有机氟、聚氨酯等改性技术在制备羟基丙烯酸乳液中的应用;同时对羟基丙烯酸乳液在水性双组分聚氨酯涂料中的应用技术研究进展也作了阐述。

The new emulsion polymerization technology,such as microemulsion polymerization,core-shell emulsion polymerization,soap-free emulsion polymerization,etc.,and modification technology,such as organic silicon modification,organic fluoride modification,polyurethane modification,etc.,which were applied in the preparation of hydroxyl acrylic emulsion were reviewed.Moreover,the research progresses of application techniques of hydroxyl acrylic emulsion in waterborne two-component polyurethane coatings were also introduced.
