摘要
本文结合国内外各大城市停车诱导系统实践经验,通过分析各城市停车诱导系统的优缺点,结合长春市CBD的停车现状,探讨并研究了相应的停车诱导方案,将城市CBD停车诱导系统分为外围诱导和内部诱导相结合并采用多级分层的诱导模式。以长春市为例,对CBD区域的停车诱导系统进行规划和建模分析,实验结果表明该区域的停车泊位利用率由原来的45.2%提高到87.8%,有效地缓解了CBD内部停车困难的问题,对解决城市道路路内停车问题和缓解城市交通拥堵问题有很大的帮助,具有实用性和可行性。
Based on PGIS experiences at home and abroad,the PGIS advantages and disadvantages of each city are analyzed and summarized,combined with current situation in Changchun,we explore and study the corresponding parking guidance program,the CBD parking guidance system is divided external and internal parking- induced induction and uses multilevel hierarchical induction mode.Changchun CBD Parking is Studied as a case,the experimental results show that the utilization of parking space in the region increased from 45. 2% to 87. 8%,the CBD internal parking difficult problem is solved effectively,CBD parking is great help for solving urban traffic problems practicality and feasibility.
