摘要
高压天然气处理站场具有高压、工艺复杂、处理量大的特点,放空系统的设置需根据天然气站场的工艺特点,结合平面布置、流程分割,确定装置区最大放空量。通常0级关断下的全站放空量是放空系统的最大规模。双6储气库集注站注气系统包括同处理量工艺装置区2套,压缩机房2座(共8台)。对注气系统进行分析,确定注气系统放空规模,从而找到放空系统规模的确定方法。在保证安全生产的前提下,采用限流+延时叠加的方法,减小放空规模,可减少占地、降低投资。
Blow-down system of high pressure gas processing station is relevant to many elements, such as operational mode, zoning scheme, automatic control and plane layout.When the station is 0-class safe control,it is Maximum flow mode.Gas injection withdraw station of Shuang6 gas storage is high pressure gas station which injection system is complex with two compressor plants and two withdrawal process areas(a total of 8 units). We try to analyse the operational mode of blow-down and confirm scale of blow-down system.Now, analytic method for high pressure blow- down system of gas processing station has been define which adopts method of flow limitation and superimpose. The method is scale down and economical.
