化疗所致周围神经病变的研究进展 被引量:6

摘要 化疗所致周围神经病变(CIPN)是化疗药物对周围神经或自主神经损伤产生的一系列神经功能紊乱的症状和体征,其发病机制、发生率、风险因素、严重程度具有多样性,临床尚无有效手段预防CIPN发生或改善病程,需要进一步研究提出更好的预防、评估、诊疗手段,提高肿瘤患者生存质量。本文通过回顾CIPN国内外相关文献,总结了CIPN的评价方法、常见抗肿瘤药物引起CIPN的特点及CIPN预防与治疗的研究进展,以期为临床医务人员在预防、评估及诊疗CIPN时提供参考。
