摘要 对电缆桥架结构抗震可靠性进行了理论与试验研究,根据可靠性理论建立了极限状态函数,利用ANSYS建立了电缆桥架参数化有限元模型,选用蒙特卡罗(Monte Carlo)法对电缆桥架进行抗震可靠性分析。模拟结果显示:在95%的置信度水平下,极限状态函数值大于零,失效概率接近0%。对参数敏感性进行分析,发现反应谱对电缆桥架结构可靠性影响较大,其他参数影响很小。对20个试验工况同一测点的位移进行了统计,并与可靠性模拟位移统计结果进行比较,得出两者的位移均值结果基本一致。说明运用此方法对电缆桥架进行抗震可靠性分析是可行的,可用于抗震设计分析,对电缆桥架设计具有参考价值。 Seismic reliability theory and experiment of the cable tray structure were studied. The limit state function was established based on the reliability theory,The parametric finite element mode of the cable tray was establish by ANSYS,and the Monte Carlo method was used to analyze the seismic reliability of the cable tray.Analysis results show that: at 95% confidence level,the limit state function value is zero,the failure probability of the cable tray reliability is about 0 %. The sensitivity of parameters is analyzed,and the results show the response spectrum has a great influence on the reliability of the cable tray,Other parameters are very small. The simulation results were compared with the experimental results,and the results are in good agreement. Indicates that this method of the cable tray for seismic reliability analysis is feasible,it can be used for seismic design analysis,and has the reference significance for the design of cable tray.
