摘要
煤矸石保温混凝土是以玻化微珠为保温骨料,煤矸石取代部分天然石子为粗骨料的一种结构自保温材料。为研究煤矸石掺量对煤矸石保温混凝土抗压强度、弹性模量的影响,以煤矸石掺量为变量,研究掺量分别为0、30%、50%、70%、100%时,煤矸石保温混凝土的抗压强度和弹性模量。试验结果表明:煤矸石保温混凝土的强度、弹性模量随着煤矸石掺量的增加而降低,当煤矸石掺量为100%时,与玻化微珠保温混凝土相比,抗压强度和弹性模量分别降低了38.28%、39.79%;不宜采用《混凝土结构设计规范》中的计算公式计算煤矸石保温混凝土的弹性模量,通过回归分析得出了煤矸石保温混凝土弹性模量的计算公式。
Coal gangue thermal insulation concrete was a self-insulation material,of which the glazed hollow beads were used as thermal insulation aggregates and coal gangue replacing natural aggregates were used as coarse aggregates. In order to investigate the effect of the proportion of coal gangue on compressive strength and modulus of coal gangue thermal insulation concrete,a study was conducted on coal gangue thermal insulation concrete when coal gangue aggregate replacement rates were 0,30%,50%,70%,100%. Test results show that compressive strength and elastic modulus of coal gangue thermal insulation concrete decrease with the increase of coal gangue dosage. When coal gangue aggregate replacement rates was 100%,the compressive strength and elastic modulus were respectively 38. 28% and 39. 79% lower than ordinary concrete,compared with glazed hollow beads thermal insulation concrete. The calculation formula of code for design of concrete structures is not suitable to calculate the elastic modulus of coal gangue thermal insulation concrete,the calculating formula of the elastic modulus of coal gangue thermal insulation concrete is obtained by regression analysis.
