摘要 为了探讨煤矸石玻化微珠保温混凝土结构的施工措施,确保其在施工过程中有很好的质量和安全性能,对其早期抗压强度进行了研究。试验采用强度等级为C35的混凝土配合比,以煤矸石代替部分碎石进行试验。试验结果表明:煤矸石玻化微珠保温混凝土的早期强度随时间发展较快,为该混凝土结构的应用提供了安全性保障;基于普通混凝土早期抗压强度计算公式,探讨了适用于煤矸石玻化微珠保温混凝土的早期抗压强度计算公式,提出了该混凝土早期抗压强度计算方法。 In order to explore the measures of glazed hollow beads thermal insulation concrete structure mixed with coal gangue,ensure the construction quality and safety,the early compressive strength of glazed hollow beads thermal insulation concrete mixed with coal gangue was studyed. Test use C35 as concrete strength grade and replace a part of gravel with coal gangue. The test results show that the early compressive strength of glazed hollow beads thermal insulation concrete mixed with coal gangue development faster with time,it provides a safety guarantee for the application of the concrete structure; based on the early compressive strength of ordinary concrete formula to discuss the calculation formula suitable for the early compressive strength of glazed hollow beads thermal insulation concrete mixed with coal gangue,then give the calculate method of the early compressive strength of glazed hollow beads thermal insulation concrete mixed with coal gangue.
