钢渣粉对玄武岩纤维混凝土7d和28d压拉性能影响的试验分析

摘要 为提高玄武岩纤维混凝土的压拉性能,将钢渣粉掺入玄武岩纤维混凝土中,进行了不同掺量下钢渣粉对玄武岩纤维混凝土7 d和28 d压拉强度影响试验,并对试验结果进行了分析。试验结果表明:相比于基准混凝土,玄武岩纤维钢渣粉混凝土在钢渣粉掺量分别为12%、15%、18%时,其28 d抗压强度分别提高2.1%、2,6%、-1%;28 d劈裂抗拉强度分别提高4.1%、9.2%、-1%。钢渣粉掺量15%时为合适掺量,28 d抗压、劈裂抗拉强度均达到最大。钢渣粉的掺入使混凝土7 d压拉强度低于基准混凝土且随着钢渣粉掺量增加而降低,不能用7 d压拉强度推测28 d压拉强度。 In order to enhance strength of basalt fiber concrete,the steel slag powder was used to take place of cement and 7-day and 28-day compression and tension experiments with different contents of steel slag powder were carried out. The experiment results were analyzed and the mechanisms were discussed. The experiment results showed that the growth rate of 28-day compressive and splitting tensile strength of basalt fiber steel slag powder concrete could respectively reach 2. 1%,2. 6%,- 1% and 4. 1%,9. 2%,- 1% when the steel slag powder content was 12%,15% and 18%. when the steel slag powder content was 15%,the effect of steel slag powder concrete will be better and the compressive and splitting tensile strength could increase by 2. 6% and 9. 2% higher than the plain concrete respectively. The 7-day compressive and splitting tensile strength of basalt fiber steel slag powder concrete were lower than the plain concrete respectively and the strength decreased with the increase of the content of steel slag powder. The 7-day strength could not be used to speculate on the 28-day strength.
