摘要
从中建三局武汉绿地中心项目总承包管理探索与实践出发,首先从计划管理的重要性及必要性展开,通过阐述原有计划管理的弊端,引出在总承包管理中,计划管理是一个全员、全方面的管理。利用总承包项目管理实践过程中的实例描述计划管理的手段,以证实其在总承包项目管理的作用,从而有效推进项目管理的实施。
Based on exploration and practice of general contract management in Wuhan Greenland Center project built by China Construction Third Engineering Bureau,the paper firstly discussed the importance and necessity of plan management. Analyzing the drawbacks of the original plan management shows that in general contract management,plan management is a whole staff and omnibearing management. This paper introduces the both whole plan management method and its function during the practice of general contract project management in Wuhan Greenland Central.
