摘要
既有建筑的加固和改造是城市发展进程中遇到的现实问题,探索创新既有建筑的加固和改造技术具有很强的现实意义。根据现场检测结果及工程现状,在置换混凝土加固法的基础上对悬挑梁进行整体置换加固,对新、老结构相互作用下的节点进行相应的创新设计和施工优化,从根本上解决混凝土强度不足的问题。
Reinforcement and reconstruction of existing buildings is the reality of the problems in the process of urban development,the reinforcement and reconstruction of existing buildings is to explore innovative technology has a strong practical significance. According to field test results and engineering status,the cantilever beams are reinforced as a whole base on the concrete-replacing method,corresponding innovative design and optimization construct for the new and old structure under the interaction of joints,fundamentally solve the problem of insufficient strength of concrete.
