摘要
目的探讨无创性远隔肢体缺血后适应对大鼠急性脑缺血的保护作用及机制。方法 54只雄性SD大鼠随机分为3组,每组18只:假手术组(sham组)、缺血再灌注组(I/R组)、远隔肢体缺血后适应组(RPC组),比较3组大鼠神经功能缺损评分、脑含水量、脑梗死体积、海马CA1区细胞形态学变化和凋亡细胞水平。结果与I/R组比较,RPC组脑缺血再灌注损伤减轻,神经缺损评分降低,脑含水量减少,脑梗死体积减小,锥体细胞损伤明显减轻,退变神经元明显减少,凋亡水平降低,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论无创性远隔肢体缺血后适应在缺血性脑血管病急性期具有神经保护作用,其机制可能是通过降低神经细胞凋亡水平来实现的。
Objective To investigate the protective effect and mechanism on acute cerebral ischemia in rats noninvasive limb ischemic remote post.Methods 54 male SD rats were randomly divided into 3groups,18 rats in each group.Sham operation group(Sham group),ischemia reperfusion group(I/R group)and distant limb ischemic postconditioning group(RPC group).Comparison of 3groups of rats neural function deficit score,cerebral water content,the volume of cerebral infarction,CA1 area of hippocampus cell morphological changes and cell apoptosis level.Results Compared with I/R group,RPC group,cerebral ischemia reperfusion injury is reduced,nerve deficit score decreased,the brain water content and reduce the volume of cerebral infarction,reduce the damage of pyramidal cells,degeneration of neurons decreased significantly,lower level of apoptosis.The difference was statistically significant.(P〈0.05).ConclusionNoninvasive limb ischemic remote postconditioning has neuroprotective effects on ischemic cerebrovascular disease at acute stage.The mechanism is probably by decreasing the level of apoptosis of neural cells to achieve.
