益气养阴化浊通络方对早期糖尿病肾脏疾病患者氧化应激的影响 被引量:6

Effect of Yiqi Yangyin Huazhuo Tongluo Formula on Oxidative Stress in Patients with Early Diabetic Kidney Disease

摘要 观察益气养阴化浊通络方对早期糖尿病肾脏疾病(DKD)患者血清总抗氧化能力(TAC)、过氧化物氧化酶(SOD)、丙二醛(MDA)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)以及晚期糖基化终末产物(AGE)和尿蛋白排泄率(UAER)的影响。以70例早期DKD患者随机分组,对照组(35例)采用DKD常规治疗,治疗组(33例)在常规治疗基础上加用益气养阴化浊通络方,疗程12周。测定两组患者治疗前后血清AEG、GSH-Px、SOD活性和MDA含量,留取24 h尿测定尿蛋白后计算UAER。结果表明:两组治疗后UAER、AGE和MDA水平均较治疗前明显降低(P<0.05,P<0.01),GSH-Px、TAC和SOD显著增加(P<0.05,P<0.01)。同时治疗组治疗后UAER、AGE和MDA下降水平,以及GSH-Px、TAC和SOD增加水平优于对照组(P<0.05,P<0.01)。早期DKD患者UAER与AGE和MDA水平呈显著正相关性(P<0.05),与GSH-Px、TAC和SOD呈显著负相关,(P<0.01,P<0.05)。说明益气养阴化浊通络方能够增强抗氧化应激能力、减少蛋白尿、延缓DKD的进展。 To investigate the effect of Yiqi Yangyin Huazhuo Tongluo Formula ( YQYYHZTLF) on sera total an-tioxidant capacity ( TAC ) , superoxide dismutase ( SOD ) , malondialdehyde ( MDA ) , glutathione peroxidase ( GSH-Px) , advanced glycation end product ( AGE) and urinary albumin excretion rate ( UAER) in patients with early diabetic kidney disease ( DKD) . 70 patients with DKD were randomly divided into two groups. Control group ( n=35 ) was treated with DKD regular treatment and Treatment group ( n=33 ) was treated with YQYYHZTLF on the basis of regular treatment. Both of them were treated for twelve weeks. Sera TAC, SOD, MDA, GSH-Px and AGE were determined in two groups both before and after treatment. UAER was also examined and calculated. Re-sults show that the levels of UAER, AGE and MDA in two groups after treatment were significantly lower than those of pretreatment (P〈0. 05, P〈0. 01). One the contrary, The levels of GSH-Px, TAC and SOD in two groups after treatment were significantly higher than those of pretreatment (P 〈0. 05, P 〈0. 01). Meanwhile, the levels of UAER, AGE, MDA, GSH-Px, TAC and SOD were different significantly in the treatment group after treatment compared to the control group ( P〈0. 05 , P〈0. 01 ) . There were positive linear correlations between UAER and AGE and MDA, and a negative liner correlations between UAER and GSH-Px, TAC and SOD ( P〈0. 01, P 〈0. 05 ) . Conclusions:YQYYHZTLF can postpone the development of DKD by enhancing the capacity of anti-oxida-tive stress and decreasing the level of urine protein.
