污水配制污水稀释聚合物溶液黏度影响实验研究 被引量:6

摘要 为了研究渤海油田聚合物驱中产出污水对配制新鲜聚合物溶液性能的影响,通过室内模拟方法,研究了高温高盐条件下(82℃、矿化度为10×104 mg/L),产出污水中残留聚合物浓度、乳化油含量及固体悬浮物含量等因素对聚合物干粉溶解及目标液性能的影响。实验结果表明:随着污水中残聚浓度的升高,所配制的聚合物母液及溶液的表观黏度增大、抗剪切作用增强;当残聚浓度大于600 mg/L时,母液黏度提高率在10%以上;随产出污水中含油及悬浮物浓度的增加,聚合物溶液抗剪切作用增强,而溶液黏度先呈缓慢降低的趋势。当污水含油量与悬浮物浓度超过100 mg/L时,所配制的聚合物母液和目标液黏度都快速下降。“污配”对母液和目标液的溶解、黏度及抗剪切作用产生了较大的影响,因此,在利用保聚污水配聚回注地层时,应尽可能保留残留聚合物而严格控制污水中含油和悬浮物的含量。 Under the reservoir conditions of high temperature and high salinity (82 ℃, total salinity 10 × 104 mg/L) , the effects research of sewage containing polymer on polymer powder and fresh solution preparation were carried out. Through indoor simulation method, the results show that:with the increase of residual polymer concen-tration in sewage, the apparent viscosity of polymer solution is larger, shear resistance is enhanced. When the re-sidual polymer concentration is larger than 600 mg/L, the improvement viscosity of polymer powder solution is up to 10%. With the increase of oil and suspended solids, the polymer solution viscosity decrease adversely, particularly impact on powder dissolving when the concentration is over 100 mg/L. Sewage has a serious impact on the dissolu-tion property and viscosity of polymer solution, so it is recommended that while the residual polymer in produced water retaining, the contention of oil and suspended solids should be reduced as possible.
