脑卒中后抑郁与C反应蛋白和白细胞介素-6的表达情况

Study on the relationship between expression of post-stroke depression and C reactive protein and IL-6

目的观察脑卒中后抑郁(Post stroke depression,PSD)与C反应蛋白(C-reaction protein,CRP)和白细胞介素-6(Interleukin-6,IL-6)表达的关系。方法将42名脑卒中后抑郁患者列为观察组、49名脑卒中后非脑卒中后抑郁患者列为对照组,另选47例体检健康者列为正常组。用酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA法)检测各组空腹静脉血中CRP和IL-6表达的水平。结果观察组、对照组和正常组的CRP表达水平分别为(13.3±1.2)mg/L、(8.9±1.0)mg/L、(7.6±1.4)mg/L,观察组显著高于另外两组(P<0.01);观察组、对照组和正常组的IL-6表达水平分别为(90.33±15.99)ng/L、(38.89±8.76)ng/L和(35.97±6.75)ng/L,观察组显著高于另外两组(P<0.01);轻度抑郁亚组、中度抑郁亚组和重度抑郁亚组的CRP表达水平分别为(8.3±1.2)mg/L、(10.4±1.6)mg/L和(16.2±1.1)mg/L,IL-6表达水平分别为(65.72±21.02)ng/L、(80.28±30.66)ng/L和(145.73±36.22)ng/L,组间比较具有显著差异(P<0.01);观察组的抑郁程度评分与IL-6和CRP的表达均呈正相关(r=0.729,r=0.814,P<0.01)。结论脑卒中后抑郁患者CRP和IL-6表达增加,并与其抑郁程度呈正相关.

Objective Observe the effect of post stroke depression（PSD）expression and C reaction protein and IL-6.Methods 42 cases of post stroke depression as observation group,49 patients with post-stroke depression as control group,and 47 healthy persons as normal group.Using enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay（ELISA method）to detect the expression of fasting venous blood in the C reactive protein and IL-6levels.Results The observation group C reactive protein and IL-6level were significantly higher than that in the other two groups（P0.01）;The expression level of C reactive protein and IL-6of mild depression group,moderate depression and severe depression sub group sub group,there were significant differences between groups（P0.01）.The expression levels of depression in the observation group were positively related with the score of IL-6and C reactive protein（r=0.729,r=0.814,P0.01）.Conclusion PSD patients＇ expression of C reaction protein and IL-6increase,and was positively related to the degree of their depression.
