摘要
目的探析颅外段颈内动脉粥样硬化后狭窄应用彩色多普勒超声检查的诊断价值。方法选择2012年5月-2015年5月本院收治的颅外段颈内动脉粥样硬化后狭窄病人100例,根据随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组均为50例,观察组进行彩色多普勒超声检查,对照组进行经颅多普勒超声检查,比较两组的检查准确性;比较两组颅外段颈内动脉的狭窄程度情况,比较两组颅外颈内动脉的PI、RI、S/D指标。结果观察组的检查准确率为82.0%,对照组的检查准确率为56.0%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组的狭窄程度检出情况显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组检测出的PI、RI、S/D等指标显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论颅外段颈内动脉粥样硬化后狭窄应用彩色多普勒超声检查可提高检查的准确性,评估病变血管的狭窄程度,效果确切,值得临床推广。
Objective To explore the diagnostic value of color Doppler ultrasonography in the diagnosis of carotid artery stenosis after carotid artery stenosis.Method May 2012 to 2015may in our hospital were extracranial segment of carotid artery stenosis patients 100 cases of clinical methods,according to the random number table method,divided into the observation group and the control group,and each group had 50 cases.Observation group were examined by color Doppler ultrasonography,and the control group of transcranial Doppler ultrasound examination,check accuracy were compared between the two groups;compared two groups of extracranial internal carotid artery stenosis,compared two groups of extracranial internal carotid artery PI,RI and S/D index.Result Check the results in the observation group,the accurate rate was 82.0% in the control group,the inspection accuracy rate was 56.0%,the difference between the two groups has statistical significance(P0.05).In the observation group,the degree of stenosis detection was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P0.05);PI,RI and S/D were detected in the observation index was significantly lower than that of the control group,the difference is statistically significant(P0.05).Conclusion The application of color Doppler ultrasound in the treatment of carotid artery atherosclerosis stenosis can improve the accuracy of the examination,and evaluate the degree of stenosis of the vascular stenosis,which is worthy of clinical application.
