摘要
准确的基线负荷的计算是基于激励的需求响应项目的关键环节,是为参与需求响应项目用户提供补偿的重要前提。在分析用户用电行为特性的基础上,建立了基于统计学原理的用户分类体系,将用户划分为稳定型、趋势型和波动型3种,并分别提出各自适用的基线负荷计算方法。测试结果表明,对3种不同类别的用户而言,所提出的各自适合的方法相比其他方法均能获得更高的预测精度。
Accurate customer baseline load calculation is a key link of demand response programs as well as the important premise when adequately remunerating the participation of the consumers.Based on statistical principle and electrical characteristics,this paper proposes a classification system that divides the consumers into three types：stable,trending and undulate.Three different methods of CBL calculation are proposed for each type.The numerical test results show that the proposed methodology can improve the accuracy of customer baseline load for all the three kinds of consumers.
