摘要 基于管理经济学中竞争市场内涵和商业模式要素理论,对市场化售电主体的运营模式及关键业务进行了研究探索,结合国内售电市场发展态势,提出未来竞争形势下售电顶层业务规划,为市场化售电公司的运营模式及关键业务提供战略规划及参考依据。 Based on the connotation of the competitive market and business model elements in managerial economics theory,it studied to explore about the main body of market sell electricity and operation mode and key business.Combined with domestic sell electricity market development trend,it put forward the top selling electricity business planning in the future competitive situation,provided strategic planning and reference basis for the company's operating model and key business under market sell electricity.
