摘要
阐述采用广泛的微信公众平台和新浪云计算平台技术建立资源连接,设计并搭建了一个95598知识库应用的交流、分享互动平台。互动平台支持工作人员实时交流知识应用感受、业务规范标准,共享工作经验,答疑解惑,并设计采用积分形式激励措施增强交流的积极性,提高了95598知识库应用工作人员互动分享知识库应用的积极性,从而全面提升了95598知识库对客户服务人员的全业务指导能力,经过试用,具有较好的应用价值。
A kind of 95598 knowledge base application interactive platform is designed and realized based on WeChat and sina cloud calculation.Workers can communicate work information and share work experience immediately on the platform.Also registered members scores function and question- answering function is designed which can improve the communication enthusiasm of workers.And the business instruction ability of customer service workers is improved through the application of 95598 knowledge base application interactive platform.The application value is significant through test operation.
