摘要
能源效率是欧盟能源战略的重要内容,欧盟委员会已经提出了2010年到2030年的气候和能源政策框架。该框架提出了减少温室气体排放和可再生能源的激进目标,是联盟走向具有竞争力的低碳经济的部分内容。介绍了欧盟、能源效率政策、能源效率进程和能源效率财政管理等几个方面的经验。
Energy efficiency is important for EU energy strategy,and European Commission has presented a framework for climate and energy policies in the period 2020 to 2030.This framework proposes ambitious targets for greenhouse gas emissions reduction and renewable energy as part of the Union＇s transition to a competitive low carbon economy.The related European Union practical experience such as：policies,process,benefits and financing schemes and so on are presented at the same time in this paper.
