地方普通高校大学生学风建设的思考与对策

On Improving the Academic Atmosphere in Regional Universities

高等教育进入大众化阶段以来,由于受社会、学校及家庭教育过程中的一些负面因素影响,一些学生的学习目标缺失、学习兴趣和动力下降,从而导致学风建设成为困扰地方普通高校人才培养工作的首要问题。对高校而言,应当充分贯彻"以学生为中心"的教育理念,通过不断深化教育教学领域综合改革,构筑有利于学生成长的育人环境和平台,注重自主学习能力和终身学习能力培养,从而将学生由被动的受教者转变为主动的参与者,才能更好地解决教风与学风建设问题。

As the higher education has entered into a popular stage, how to construct a good academic atmosphere has become a key issue for China＇s regional universities. The main reasons for the present situation may be the loss of learning goals and the decrease in learning interest and motivation, which may have been brought about by negative influences from the society, school and family. To improve the academic atmosphere, the most important thing is to make students active learners instead of passive receivers in their learning experience. This goal can be achieved by establishing a student-centered idea,creating environments and platforms conducive to students＇ growth, and emphasizing students＇ ability for independent learning and lifelong devotion to knowledge.
