开放发展视野的外贸轨迹与取向:例证沿海两个地级市

The Trendancy and Orientation of the Foreign Trade in the Perspective of Open Development:a Case Study of Two Prefecture Level Cities in the Coastal Area

外贸结构的优劣影响着开放型经济的发展水平。作为东部沿海地区开放型经济快速发展的两个重要地级市,盐城和威海在地理位置、资源禀赋、经济总量等诸多方面有着高度的相似性。这里从两市出口结构、产品结构、市场结构、贸易方式结构、市场主体结构五个方面比较分析了盐城与威海两市的贸易结构,结果表明,两市的外贸结构既有相似性又有差异性。东部沿海地区应从盐城、威海两市比较中得到启示:优化进出口结构,强化进口对经济的溢出效应;优化贸易方式结构,促进新型贸易方式发展;优化产品结构,提高进出口产品档次;优化市场结构,扩大贸易市场空间。

The structure of foreign trade is an important part of open economy, foreign trade structure affects the development level of the open economy. As the two important cities in the rapid development of the open economy of the eastern coastal area, Yancheng and Weihai in the geographical location, resource endowment, are very similar in many aspects such as the total economy. This paper from export structure, product structure, market structure, trade structure, the five aspects of market structure analysis and comparison of the trade structure,Yancheng and Weihai. the results show that the structure of foreign trade of the two cities have both similarities and differences. Eastern coastal areas should get inspiration from Yancheng, Weihai： optimize the import and export structure, strengthen the spillover effect of import on economic; optimize the trade structure, promote the development of the new trade; optimize the product structure, improve the import and export product quality; to optimize the market structure, expand trade market space.
