摘要 优化了鬼脸菩提种仁油超声提取工艺并采用GC-MS对其成分与含量进行分析。通过单因素实验考察提取时间、提取次数、料液比、超声功率对出油率的影响,利用L_9(3~4)正交实验优化得到最佳提取工艺条件为:料液比1∶8,提取时间50 min,超声功率360 W,提取次数3次。在最佳提取工艺条件下,鬼脸菩提种仁出油率稳定,达到74.18%;经GC-MS分析,鬼脸菩提种仁油含有亚油酸、油酸、棕榈酸、硬脂酸等9种脂肪酸及其他长链烃成分,不饱和脂肪酸含量为58.62%,鉴定出的成分含有反式角鲨烯,含量达4.22%。 The ultrasound extraction process of Dracontomelon macrocarpum H. L. Li kernel oil was opti- mized and its composition and content were analyzed by GC - MS. The effects of extraction time, extraction times, ratio of solid to liquid, and ultrasonic power on oil yield were investigated by single factor ex- periment. The optimal extraction conditions were obtained by L9 (34) orthogonal experiment as follows:ratio of solid to liquid 1 : 8, extraction time 50 min, ultrasonic power 360 W and extraction times three. Under these conditions, the yield of Dracontomelon macrocarpum H. L. Li kernel oil was stable, reaching 74.18%. The analysis results of GC -MS indicated that Dracontomelon macrocarpum H. L. Li kernel oil contained nine kinds of fatty acids, including linoleic acid, oleic acid, palmitic acid, stearic acid and other long chain hydrocarbon compounds, and the content of unsaturated fatty acids was 58.62%. The identified composition contained trans squalene, and the content was 4.22%.
