不同瓦斯含量煤样自燃特性实验研究 被引量:2

Experiment Study on Spontaneous Combustion of Coal Under Different Gas Adsorption Pressure

摘要 利用自行研发的煤样瓦斯吸附装置,在不同瓦斯吸附压力条件下煤样达到吸附平衡后,得到不同瓦斯含量的煤样,通过程序升温实验装置进行煤样自燃程序实验,并用气相色谱仪分析不同煤温时气体成份,研究煤样吸附瓦斯对其自燃特性的影响。结果表明,不同瓦斯含量的煤样对自燃特性影响明显。比较不吸附瓦斯煤样和吸附瓦斯煤样的自燃特性实验可以看出,在煤自燃氧化过程中,吸附瓦斯对生成CO有促进作用,而对生成CO_2、C_2H_4、C_2H_6有抑制作用,吸附瓦斯的煤样的临界温度和干裂温度都有所提升。 By using self-development coal sample gas adsorption device,under the conditions of different gas adsorption pressure after coal sample reaching adsorption balance,the device carries out coal sample spontaneous combustion experiment by heating experiment device of program and analyzes coal gas composition in different temperature by gas chromatograph and researches the impact of coal sample gas adsorption on spontaneous combustion characteristics. The results showed that different coal samples that containing gas adsorption pressure have significantly influence on spontaneous combustion characteristics. Compared with non-adsorptive gas coal sample between different amount of gas combustion characteristics of coal sample experiment,in the process of coal spontaneous combustion oxidation,adsorption gas has a promoting effect on the production of CO,which has inhibiting effect on producing CO2,C2H4,C2H6,both adsorption gas of coal sample of the critical temperature and air-crack temperature increase.
