煤层气车载钻机动力头的研制及应用

Development and Application of Power Head in Coal Bed Methane Truck-mounted Rig

为满足地面煤层气抽采孔、电缆孔和矿山地面救援孔的施工需要,研制了一款适用于煤层气车载钻机的多功能动力头。该动力头采用双速液压马达一级齿轮减速驱动主轴回转,结构紧凑、传动效率高、主轴通径大、转速扭矩调节范围广且具有主轴制动功能,可适用于空气潜孔锤、气举反循环和定向钻进等多种钻探工艺。现场试验表明,该动力头能力大,效率高,功能全且易操作,为高效安全钻井施工提供设备保障。

In order to satisfy eonstruction demand of drilling in coal bed methane hole, cable hole and rescue hole, the muhiiunctional power head used in coal bed methane truck -mounted rig is developed. The power head which uses two displacement hydraulic motor to drive the gearbox has high transmission efficiency, large spindle path and wide regulation range. Spindle braking is developed to meet the directional drilling. The muhifunctional power head can also be use in many different drilling technologies such as air hammer drilling and air - lift reverse circulation drilling. The field tests show that the muhifunctional power head has high ability and efficien- cy, complete function, simple operation, and provides equipment guarantee for efficiently safe drilling construction.
