摘要
为保证煤矿注浆灭火管路压力监测的可靠性,以长灌浆管路输送中管路压力监测为研究对象,阐述了实时监控的工作原理和主要功能,采用先进的智能化软硬件手段,设计出一套由可编程控制器与组态王监测软件相结合的注浆压力远程实时监控系统。最后,注浆压力实时监控系统在自然发火比较严重的阳泉矿区进行了现场应用,并将监控系统压力监测值和井下压力人工实测值加以对比分析。研究结果发现:两者监测压力的范围基本一致,误差范围在5%以内。
In order to ensure the reliability of pressure monitoring in fire extinguishing pipeline by grouting, the pressure monitoring in the long grouting pipeline is taken as the research object and the working principle and main function of real - time monitoring system are expounded in detail. Using the advanced means of intelligent software and hardware, a set of grouting pressure remote real - time monitoring system combined with programmable logic controller and Kingview software is designed. Finally, grouting pressure real - time monitoring and control system is applied into Yangquan Mining Area with serious spontaneous combustion, and comparative analy- sis of monitoring values acquired by the monitoring and control system and artificial measured values in underground site. The resuhs showed that the scopes of monitoring pressure acquired by the two means are basically identical and the error range is within 5%.
