摘要
结合GB 3836.2—2010对隔爆试验的要求,从使用受力、结构型式、承压能力、壁厚计算、密封结构等方面对隔爆试验罐的设计计算进行了研究;从安全的角度对试验装置配气系统设计中可能存在的危险因素进行了分析并提出处理意见与建议;对试验装置的控制、爆炸压力测试进行了阐述分析。
Combined with the requirements of GB3836.2 - 2010 on flameproof test, the design calculation of explosion - proof test tank is studied from the use of force, structure type, bearing capacity, wall thickness calculation, sealing structures from the perspective of safety, the risk factors that may exist in the design of test device for gas distribution system are analyzed and the opirfions and gugges. tions are proposed; the control of testing device, explosion pressure tests are described and analyzed.
