帕金森病患者溴隐亭治疗前后脑脊液中单胺代谢物含量变化的研究

Study on the changes of CSF monoamine metabolites levels in parkinsonian patients before and after bromocriptine therapy.

本文报告用HPLC-电化学检测法对15例服美多巴治疗的帕金森病患者在加用溴隐亭(Br-C)治疗前后所测定CSF单胺代谢物含量的结果。与对照组相比,病人组的MHPG含量显著降低(P<0.01);Br-C治疗后无明显改变。DA、HVA在Br-C治疗前后无明显差异。5-HIAA在加用Br-C后下降22％(P<0.01)。对可能引起CSF单胺代谢物含量改变的机理作了讨论。

The CSF monoamine metabolites le-vels before and after bromocriptine (Br-C) therapy in 15 parkinsonian patientswith madopar treatment were determinedby HPLC/ED method. MHPG level inthe madopar treated patients was signifi-cantly reduced than that of control group.but the changes in MHPG level were notobvious after the Br-C therapy. No sig-nificant differences were found in DAand HVA levels, but 5-HIAA level wasreduced 22% (p<0.01) after the Br-Ctherapy. The possible mechanisms aboutthe alterations of CSF monoamine meta-bolites level were discussed.
