摘要 中华老字号不仅是我国经济发展的重要组成部分,更是我国民族传统文化的重要载体。然而现代制造工艺、多元文化融合以及国际市场的综合冲击,极大改变了老字号产品赖以生存的社会环境和消费需求,老字号企业开始逐渐沉寂。论文以产品这一老字号的核心内容为研究目标,以老字号文化资源和文化遗产的传承和发展为切入点,在对老字号发展现状分析的基础上,从消费需求的变迁、产品功能的演变和文化意义的重构等几个方面进行分析和探索,提出以面向本土生活服务需求、表征独特文化氛围的功能和文化属性的老字号产品创新设计策略。 China' s time-honored brands are not only the important parts of China's economies, but also the important carrier of our national traditional culture, However, modern manufacturing processes, multicultural fusion, and comprehensive impact from the international market have changed the social environment and consuming demands of these old brands which have caused these old enterprises to be quiet, Based on the recent development status of these time-honored brands, the demand changes of consumers, the evolutions of product' s functions and there constructions of the culture aspects have been analyzed, And then, the product innovational design strategy has been proposed including facing the local life service requirements and characterizing the unique culture features and cultural attributes.
