摘要
目的评价不同制备工艺对去白细胞悬浮红细胞结果的影响。方法使用同一厂家的一次性使用滤除白细胞型血袋,分别对全血采集后室温2h内和2~6℃冷藏2h后的全血进行过滤,比较过滤时间、过滤损失血量、红细胞比容(Hct)、红细胞容量、白细胞残留量、游离血红蛋白浓度、红细胞溶血率等指标。结果采集后室温2h内及在2~6℃冷藏2h后对全血进行过滤,过滤时间、过滤损失血量、红细胞容量比较,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05);Hct、白细胞残留量、游离血红蛋白浓度、红细胞溶血率的结果均符合国家标准,但差异均有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论应选用室温2h内的血液进行去白细胞悬浮红细胞的制备。
Objective To evaluate the influence of different processes on the results of leukocyte-reduced suspended red blood cells.Methods The one-time filtrating leukocyte blood bag produced by the same manufacturer was used to filter the whole blood within 2hafter collection and cold storage for 2hat 2-6℃.The indicators of filtering time,blood loss volume,hematocrit(Hct),RBC volume,leukocyte residues,free hemoglobin concentration,RBC hemolytic rate were compared.Results The whole blood was filtered within 2hafter collection and storage for 2hat2-6 ℃.The filtering time,blood loss volume and RBC volume had statistical difference(P0.05);Hct,leukocyte residues,free hemoglobin concentration and RBC hemolytic rate were accord with the national standard,but the differences were statistically significant(P0.05).Conclusion Blood within 2hunder the room temperature should be selected to prepare leukocytes-reduced suspended RBC.
