摘要
通过对延迟焦化装置甩油和放空污油在回炼过程存在的焦炭塔预热初期产生的甩油含水量高和放空塔底温度低等问题进行分析,提出了引高温(350℃)蜡油急冷油进放空塔,通过混合加热的方式提高放空塔底温度,解决甩油和放空污油在回炼过程中因污油带水造成机泵汽蚀抽空及改善了放空瓦斯气携带焦粉的难题。技术改造后实际运行情况表明,改造后的污油回炼技术实现了装置污油的全部回炼,轻油收率提高了3百分点,加工损失率降低了3.22百分点,并且回收利用了装置余热,降低了装置能耗,装置运行平稳安全,提高了企业经济效益。
Aimed at high water content in oil slung and low bottom temperature of blow-down tower in recovering slop oil process of a delayed coking unit,high temperature(350 ℃) quenching oil was sent to the blow-down tower to increase the bottom temperature and solve the problem of pump cavitation caused by the slop oil with water. The application results showed that all the slop oil in the unit was recovered,the light oil yield increased by 3 percentage points,the processing loss reduced by 3.22 percentage points,the waste heat of the unit was recycled, the running operation was stable and safe, and the economic benefit of the unit was increased.
