寿阳七元煤矿15#煤层煤岩特性研究 被引量:2

摘要 利用扫描电子显微镜和室内煤样试验手段,分析研究了寿阳七元煤矿15#煤层的煤岩特性,包括全岩矿物及黏土矿物分析、扫描电镜分析、煤岩对钻井液的膨胀性、煤岩表面润湿性等。研究结果表明,寿阳七元煤矿15#煤层煤岩中含有少量黏土矿物及碳酸盐岩矿物,煤岩内部微裂缝与溶孔发育,个别孔隙中充填有黏土矿物;煤岩在蒸馏水中表现出较强的水化膨胀效应,其次是KCl和聚合物溶液,且随着KCl和聚合物含量增加,膨胀性减弱;煤样表面对清水接触角68.3°,但亲水性比砂岩弱很多,属于弱亲水性。研究结果可为钻井工程实施方案的制定及分析判断钻井过程中煤储层的伤害机理研究提供依据。 By using scanning electron microscope and indoor coal sample experiment,coal rock characteristics of the 15# coal seam in Shouyang Qiyuan Coal Mine are studied,including whole rock mineral and clay mineral analysis,scanning electron microscope and energy spectrum analysis,the coal rock expansibility of drilling fluid,coal rock surface wettability. The results of the study show that Qiyuan 15# coal seam contains a small amount of clay mineral and carbonate mineral,micro cracks and dissolution pores are developed in the coal rock,and individual pores are filled with clay mineral. The coal rock shows a strong hydration expansibility in distilled water,followed by KCl and polymer solution. The expandability declines with the increase of KCl and polymer. The contact angle of water on the surface of coal rock is 68. 3°,which shows slight water wettability,it is weak° wettability.The study results provide a basis for the drilling project implementation plan and the damage mechanism research of coal seam in drilling process.
