矩形钢管再生混凝土柱-工字形钢梁框架边节点的抗震性能试验 被引量:3

Experimental Study on Seismic Performance of Joints in the Composite Frame with Recycled Concrete-filled Steel Tubular Column and Steel Beam

摘要 为研究矩形钢管再生混凝土柱-工字形钢梁框架节点的抗震性能,基于现行规范,按照1/2的缩尺比例设计2个节点模型。这2个节点模型分别填充再生骨料取代率为50%、100%的核心混凝土,考察了不同再生骨料取代率对节点抗震性能的影响,进行了低周反复荷载破坏试验并详细观察了节点模型在加载过程中的破坏形态。通过分析试验相关实测数据可知,矩形钢管再生混凝土柱-工字形钢梁框架节点的破坏形态表现为梁段形成塑性铰的弯曲破坏,满足了"强柱弱梁"的延性抗震设计要求;钢管再生混凝土柱-钢梁框架节点具有良好的延性和耗能能力,可在抗震设防区推广使用;2个试件的滞回曲线相差不大,不同再生骨料取代率对该类型节点的抗震性能不产生明显影响。 In order to study the seismic behavior of joints in the composite frame with recycled concrete filled with steel tubular column and steel beam under cyclic reversed loading,based on the current design codes,two one half scaled models of joints are designed and manufactured. The recycled aggregate replacement ration of concrete filled aggregate in steel are 50% and 100% for the 2 joints,and the effect of recycled aggregate replacement ration on seismic damage are studied. The destruction tests on the models is carried out under low-cyclic load and experiment procedures are observed. Based on the test data,the hysteretic loops,skeleton curves,ductility,stiffness degradation and dissipative ability,etc. are obtained. Results show that the failure modes of two joints are bending failure of beam,which can meet the requirement of seismic design of the strong column and weak beam. The joints in the composite frame with recycled concrete-filled steel tubular column and steel beam have a better bearing capacity and deformation capacity,which can be used widely in fortified zone against seismic activity. The hysteretic loops are similar,which indicate that the different recycled aggregate replacement rations have little influence on the seismic performance of joints.
