财经类省属高校法学通识课教育成效提升策略研究

A Research on Effect-poromotion Strategies of General Law Education in Provincial Universities and Colleges of Finance and Economics

对于财经类省属高校来说,其法学通识课教育应有由三个层面构成的法学知识体系,即基本的法学思维和公正观念;与财经类专业相关的部门法主干知识;以及与财经类专业相关的法务常识。在这三个层面中,第一方面是任何高等教育中法学通识课均需完成的内容;第二方面是任何财经类院校法学通识课均需完成的内容;而第三方面则是省属财经类高校法学通识课所特殊偏向的内容。为了提高对这三个层次进行综合教育的成效,应当采取以下策略:首先要注重一般类法学通识课教育的课程体系设置;其次要注重特殊类法学通识课教育的因材施教,最后则要在法学通识类教育的机构与人员配置上进行配套改革。

For provincial colleges of finance and economics,the general law education should consist of three law knowledge system in three aspects： namely,basic jurisprudence thinking and justice concept,the basic knowledge of department law related to finance and economics major and common knowledge in law related to finance and economics major. Among these three aspects,the first aspect should be covered by every colleges and universities in their general law education; the second aspect should be covered by every colleges and universities of finance and economics in their general law education; and the third one should be the preference by provincial colleges and universities of finance and economics in their general law education. In order to promote the comprehensive education effect of these three aspects,the three specific directions should be followed： first,it should be payed attention the curriculum system setting of general law education; second,it also should be payed attention to teach students in accordance of their aptitude in specialized general law education; last but not the least,coordinated reform should be implemented to the arrangement of related institution and personnel in general law education.
