儿童急性淋巴细胞白血病复发与基因突变相关性 被引量:3

摘要 急性淋巴细胞白血病是儿童恶性肿瘤中最常见的类型,急性淋巴细胞白血病复发仍然是治疗的难题。随着近几年关于儿童急性淋巴细胞白血病复发机制的研究逐渐深入,越来越多的基因异常已经被证实与儿童急性淋巴细胞白血病复发相关,包括IKZF1缺失、PRED1缺失、JAK突变、CREBBP突变、CEBPE突变、ARID5B突变等。该文重点综述以上基因突变对儿童急性淋巴细胞白血病复发的影响。 Acute lymphoblastic leukemia is a major type of childhood cancer. It is an obstacle to cure for young patients with relapsed acute lymphoblastic leukemia. Recent investigations into the mechanism of re- lapse in pediatric acute lymphobIastic leukemia indicate the relationship between gene abnormalities and the re- lapse of pediatric acute lymphoblastic leukemia. An increasing number of gene abnormalities have been con- fumed to be related with relapse of this disease, including deletion of IKZF1 and mutations of JAK, CREBBP, CEBPE and ARID5B. This paper reviews the details about the influence of the various gene mutations on the re- lapse of the pediatric acute lymphoblastic leukemia.
