微核技术在广西宜州城区水质监测中的应用研究

摘要 通过蚕豆根尖微核技术,对宜州城区不同水源水质进行研究。选取了龙江河宜州城区流域源头、上游、中上游、中游、中下游、下游区段水源,以及废水排放量大的生活废水和缫丝厂废水共8份水样进行微核率影响测试。结果表明,各水样皆受不同程度污染,龙江河宜州城区流域水质污染存在空间差异。其中,源头至中游区段属中度污染,中下游、下游达重度污染,生活废水为中度污染,缫丝厂废水具重度污染。 Vicia- micronucleus test was applied to monitor the water quality of Yizhou city. 8 water samples were selected from the headwater,upper reaches,upper and middle reaches,middle reaches,middle and lower reaches,lower reaches of Longjiang River's Yizhou city basin,and from the domestic wastewater and silk factory wastewater which discharge a large amount of wastewater. The micronucleus rate was monitored for the 8 water samples. The results show that all the water samples were polluted to different degree. The pollution of Longjiang River's different sections has spatial variability. The headwater to middle reaches are under moderate pollution; the middle and lower reaches,lower reaches are heavily polluted; domestic wastewater is under moderate pollution; the silk factory wastewater suffers from heavy pollution.
