摘要
在渤海油田调整井作业过程中出现了以E15H1井为例的小井眼侧钻情况。虽然受限于老井眼Φ177.8 mm套管开窗尺寸的限制,E15H1井钻井工程中出现了Φ177.8 mm套管内开窗后Φ152.4 mm井眼段既完成着陆段,又完成水平段的情况。在这种情况下,通过完井防砂管柱优化设计、完井工序优化,利用尾管挂代替顶部封隔器、Φ114.3 mm盲管(遇油遇水膨胀封隔器封隔)+Φ114.3 mm优质筛管模式,实现了渤海湾第一口Φ152.4 mm小井眼裸眼超过1 200.0 m的水平井完井作业。
There is a slim hole siding like E15H1 in Bohai oilfield. Although limited byΦ177.8 mm casing size,E15H1 sidetracked with Φ152.4 mm slim size. Reservoir and nonreservoir both in this sidetracked hole.This article pezent optimization design of sand control pipe and completion process with using of liner hanger which instead of the top packer. Finally get E15H1 completion about 1 200.0 m with Φ114.3 mm blindgut(oil/water expandable packer)+Φ114.3 mm screen mode.
