摘要
以渤海某油田高酸原油为原料,考察了反应温度、氢氧化钠用量、脱酸剂与原油体积比、搅拌速率、反应时间、沉降时间等因素对脱酸工艺的影响。实验结果表明:综合脱酸率、脱酸剂收率以及脱后原油含水等指标,当脱酸剂各组分质量比:组分A:组分B:组分C=85:12:3时脱酸效果较好。在反应温度为72℃,NaOH用量为3 100μg/g,脱酸剂与原油质量比为0.35,搅拌速率为450 r/min,反应时间为4 min,沉降时间为20 min的条件下,脱后原油酸值为0.20 mg KOH/g,脱酸率达到95.3%,达到低酸原油的标准。在上述最优条件下,脱酸后原油的酸值以及脱酸剂收率的相对标准偏差分别为3.53%和0.07%,具有较好的重复性。
With Bohai high-TAN crude oil as the feedstock,the impacts of temperature,dosage of sodium hydroxide,agent/oil ratio,stirring speed,reaction time,settling time on the deacidification process were studied. The demonstration results showed that,in consideration of deacidification rate,yield and water mass fractions,the depickling solvent offers the best depickling performance for the crude oil at the conditions of 72 ℃ temperature,3 100 μg/g dosage of sodium hydroxide,0.35 agent/oil ratio,450 r/min stirring speed,4 min mixing time,20 min settling time,the acid value of crude oil after deacidification was 0.20 mg KOH/g,deacidification rate was 95.3 %,meeting the standard of low-TAN crude oil. The differences of TAN and yield of depickling solvent are only 3.53 % and 0.07 % respectively,which shows that the experiment has a good repeatability.
