聚丙烯循环水水质恶化分析及处理措施 被引量:2

摘要 本文介绍宁夏石化公司炼油聚丙烯装置循环水发生恶化的情况,通过水质分析,初步判断装置有泄漏,进一步排查换热器后,发现聚丙烯汽提塔塔顶冷凝器E-701存在丙烯泄漏。针对上述情况,采取了换热器隔离堵漏、系统杀菌剥离、在线独立清洗等措施,最终使循环水水质逐渐恢复了正常。 This paper expounded the polypropylene plant in Ningxia petrochemical company circulating water quality deterioration.Through the analysis of water quality,a preliminary judgment device had a leak.After further explored the heat exchanger,we found that the polypropylene stripper overhead condenser E-701 was propylene leakage.According to the above,used the heat exchanger isolation plugging, system sterilization stripping, online independent measures such as cleaning,eventually made the water quality of circulating water gradually returned to normal.
