手术室护士职业防护现状及影响因素

The status of self-protection of nurses in the operation room and its influenicing factors

目的了解手术室护士职业防护现状及其影响因素。方法选取4所三甲医院共150名在职手术室护士为调查对象。采用一般资料问卷、职业危害认知量表及职业危害防护措施行为量表,对所有调查对象进行调查,分析手术室护士对职业危害的认知及防护行为的影响因素。结果手术室护士职业损伤发生率较高,针刺伤、血液体液污染、X光照射的发生率分别为39.3%、38.7%、63.3%;多元线性回归分析结果显示低职称、低学历是职业危害意识及职业防护行为的危险因素,过往有职业损伤是职业危害意识及职业防护行为的保护因素。结论低职称、低学历护理人员是职业防护培训的重点对象,定期进行相关培训可以增强手术室护士自我防范意识。

Objective To understand the self-protection of nurses in the operation room and its influencing factors.Methods Totally 150 nurses working in operation rooms from 4hospitals in our city took part in the survey.General date questionnaises occupational hazard cognition scale and occupational hazard prevention measures were used to investigate all the nurses to find out the influencing factorss of occupational hazards cognition and self-protection measures.Results The incidence of occupational injury among nurses in the operation room was high,with that of needle stick injuries,blood and body fluid pollution,X-ray explosure being 40.7%,54.7% and 16.7%respectively.Multiple linear regression analysis showed that low professional title and education level were risking factors,while past occupational injury experience was a protective factor.ConclusionMore attention should be paid to the self-protection training of nurses with low professional title and low education level working in the operation room,regular training can enhance their awareness of self-protection.
