摘要
目的探讨冠心病(CHD)患者血液流变学指标与血清超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)及玻连蛋白(VN)水平变化及相关性。方法选取200例CHD患者为CHD组,选取200例健康人群为对照组,检测两组血液流变学指标与hs-CRP水平,分析血液流变学指标与hs-CRP的相关性。结果 CHD组高切黏度、中切黏度、低切黏度、血浆黏度、红细胞压积、红细胞变形指数、红细胞聚集指数、hs-CRP及VN水平分别为(5.4±0.7)mPa·s、(6.0±0.8)mPa·s、(11.2±1.7)mPa·s、(1.7±0.3)mPa·s、(42.5±4.9)%、(6.4±0.6)、(3.0±0.5)、(8.2±2.4)mg/L、(347.7±23.1)mg/L,对照组分别为(4.3±0.5)mPa·s、(4.1±0.6)mPa·s、(8.4±1.2)mPa·s、(1.1±0.2)mPa·s、(38.4±3.7)%、(5.8±0.5)、(2.3±0.4)、(3.2±1.5)mg/L、(374.7±23.1)mg/L,组间比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。Pearson相关分析结果显示,CHD患者血清hs-CRP水平与VN、高切黏度、中切黏度、低切黏度、血浆黏度、红细胞压积、红细胞变形指数、红细胞聚集指数呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论 CHD患者存在明显血液流变学及hs-CRP水平变化,且hs-CRP、VN水平与血液流变学指标呈正相关。
Objective To evaluate the change and correlation of hemorheology indexes and high-sensitivity C-reactive protein(hs-CRP)and Vitronectin(VN)level in patients with coronary heart disease(CHD).Methods Totally 200 patient with CHD as CHD group,and 200 healthy person were selected as control group.The hemorheology indexes and hs-CRP level were compared between the two groups.The correlation of hemorheology index and hs-CRP level were analyzed.Results The high shear viscosity,midst shear viscosity,low shear viscosity,plasma viscosity,hematocrit,RBC deformability index,RBC assembling index VN and hsCRP level of CHD group were(5.4±0.7)mPa·sm,(6.0±0.8)mPa·s,(11.2±1.7)mPa·s,(1.7±0.3)mPa·s,(42.5±4.9)%,(6.4±0.6),(3.0±0.5),(8.2±2.4)mg/L and(347.7±23.1)mg/L,those of control group were(4.3±0.5)mPa·s,(4.1±0.6)mPa·s,(8.4±1.2)mPa·s,(1.1±0.2)mPa·s,(38.4±3.7)%,(5.8±0.5),(2.3±0.4),(3.2±1.5)mg/L and(374.7±23.1)mg/L,the differences were statistically significant(P〈0.05).Pearson correlation analysis showed that hs-CRP level was positively correlated with high shear viscosity,midst shear viscosity,low shear viscosity,plasma viscosity,hematocrit,RBC deformability index and VN,RBC assembling index(P〈0.05).Conclusion CHD patients have hemorheology and hs-CRP level change,the hs-CRP and VN level are positively correlated with hemorheology indexes.
