婴幼儿轮状病毒感染性腹泻与乳糖不耐受症的检测分析被引量：10

摘要目的探讨婴幼儿轮状病毒(RV)感染性腹泻与乳糖不耐受症(LI)的关系。方法收集2013年1月1日至2014年12月31日天津市宝坻区人民医院腹泻患儿,设RV感染患儿为试验组,非RV感染腹泻患儿为对照组,两组患儿均进行尿半乳糖检测,并比较两组患儿LI阳性率,并分析RV感染性腹泻患儿的季节分布情况,及RV性腹泻并发LI与性别、年龄和腹泻持续时间的关系。结果 RV感染主要侵袭1岁以下幼儿,全年均有发生,尤其好发于1月和12月,且RV感染性腹泻患儿容易并发LI;RV感染性腹泻并发LI与年龄和腹泻持续时间存在相关关系,不同年龄和腹泻持续时间LI发生率差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 RV感染性腹泻患儿易并发LI,且年龄越小,腹泻时间越长越容易并发LI;RV感染性腹泻患儿应尽早测定尿半乳糖,并及时停止母乳或牛乳喂养,以免加重病情。
