摘要
骨钙素(OC)是由成骨细胞合成并分泌的骨特异性蛋白,是临床中常用的骨转换血清学指标。近期研究表明,OC,尤其是羧化不全骨钙素(ucOC)可通过促进B细胞增殖、胰岛素分泌及改善周围组织对胰岛素敏感性等途径调节糖代谢。GPRC6A是骨钙素在胰腺的受体,ESP基因与胰岛素信号可调节骨钙素的活性,进而调节血糖水平。临床研究也证实了OC调节糖代谢的作用。OC有望成为糖尿病和肥胖治疗的新靶点。
Osteocalcin(OC) is a bone matrix proteins,which is synthesized and secreted by osteoblasts,it is regularly used as the serum marker in the clinical setting.Recent evidence indicated that OC,especially uc OC,can regulate the glucose metabolism by promoting the proliferation of B-cell,enhancing the secretion of insulin and improving the sensitivity of insulin.GPRC6A is the receptor of osteocalcin which expressed in pancreatic islets,while the enterococcal surface protein(ESP) gene and insulin signal can regulate the glucose metabolism through regulate the bioactivity of OC.Clinical observations also confirmed the regulating effect of OC.OC may be a new therapeutic target for the treatment of diabetes and obesity in the future.
