摘要
平准化电力成本是用于评价各种发电技术的主要经济性指标。将平准化电力成本引入微电网的电源优化配置问题中,提出了适用于独立微电网电源的平准化电力成本评价方法,建立了以平准化电力成本最小为目标的独立微电网电源优化配置模型。采用蒙特卡罗方法对微电源出力和系统可靠性进行仿真;采用遗传算法对模型进行求解;算例结果验证了模型的有效性,并评估了初始投资费用、燃料费用以及可靠性对优化配置结果的影响。所建立的模型能够精确评估微电网各电源联合发电的单位成本,合理配置各电源的装机容量,为微电网电源规划提供了一种新方法。
The levelized cost of electricity (LCOE)is the main economic index for evaluating various power generation technologies. By introducing the LCOE to the optimal configuration of microgrid,an LCOE based evaluation method for islanded microgrid power supply is proposed,and an optimal allocation model for standalone microgrid power supply based on the minimum LCOE is estab-lished. The power output and reliability of the system are simulated based on Monte Carlo method. The genetic algorithm is used to solve the model. The simulation results verify the validity and rationality of the model,and the influences of the initial cost ,fuel cost and reliability on the LCOE are analyzed. The established model can accurately evaluate the unit cost of each power supply,reasonably configure the capacity of the power supply and provides a new method for the power supply planning.
